These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GTTRO AI SEO Studio (the "Service"), operated by GTTRO ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GTTRO AI SEO Studio is a software-as-a-service platform that helps you generate SEO-optimized articles using artificial intelligence and publish them to connected WordPress websites. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

The Service is offered under monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

• Free trial: New accounts may receive a free trial. Trial limits are displayed in your dashboard. No payment is required to start a trial.
• Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You will be charged the plan price in USD via PayPal or your selected payment method.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 14 days before any price change takes effect. You may cancel before the change applies.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains until the end of the current billing period.

Because the Service delivers digital content immediately, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused quota. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will review the charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Generate content intended to mislead, defraud, or harm
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or access other users' data
• Use the Service in a way that violates the terms of any connected WordPress site or search engine

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence. We make no guarantee that generated content will rank in search engines, achieve a specific SEO score, or be free of factual errors. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you generate using the Service. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its code, design, and branding. We do not claim any rights over your WordPress sites or their existing content.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages (including Google Gemini, PayPal, and Google Search Console), and hosting issues may cause temporary disruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

11. Governing Law
